Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShareHab, a habit tracking service operated by forgegroup.world, trading as ShareHab ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use ShareHab you agree to these terms and enter into an agreement with us.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email secure, and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone else.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and if you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to do so.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No harassment, hateful content or infringement of anyone's intellectual property in messages or profile fields.
• No attempts to access data belonging to other users, to bypass access controls, to probe or interfere with our security, or to upload malware.
• No automated scraping, bulk invitations, reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of rate limits.

Our intellectual property

We own ShareHab and all intellectual property in the service, including its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

Your content

Your habits and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display them to you and to the people you choose to share them with.

Payments, orders and refunds

ShareHab is free to use. The Commitment Challenge is an optional one-time purchase of $1.99 for a single challenge. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and no further payment is taken unless you choose to buy another Commitment Challenge. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout.

Our checkout and order process is operated by Stripe. For eligible orders Stripe acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, chargebacks, refunds and transaction-level payment support on our behalf. Billing, tax and payment mechanics are also governed by Stripe's consumer terms. We remain responsible for the ShareHab service itself. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

Service availability

ShareHab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, and we keep an audit record of such actions. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which ends this agreement and removes your access immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
